we’re building a canada where men & boys are actively engaged in gender justice efforts—and we’re doing it together.

We need gender justice in all areas of society—in our schools, religious institutions, workplaces, families, sports organizations, media, and government.

We can’t just wait for gender justice to simply happen where we live, work, play, and worship. We need to make it happen. And that responsibility is not for women and gender-diverse people to bear alone.

You do not have to be an expert on gender justice to have a positive impact. In your role as a leader—whether that’s as a coach, educator, colleague, supervisor, mentor, religious leader, elder, or otherwise—you are in the best position to progress gender justice where you are

You are exactly where you need to be—but do you have all the tools that you need?

if you’re a community leader or representative of an organization that wants to build your skills in engaging men & boys in gender justice, this community is for you.

Community leaders are encouraged & invited to join this online community to:

  • Practice specific skills through professional development sessions hosted by Shift: the Project to End Domestic Violence.

  • Learn with and from peers on similar journeys as well as experts engaging men and boys in gender justice work.

  • Get support with challenges that you may face as you lead this work in your community or workplace.

The community is free to join and hosted on Circle.so, an intuitive platform that you can access through a web browser or mobile app.

Next Gen Men is currently undergoing some changes, so we have paused Pathways onboarding until October 2024.

Still express your interest!

We’re excited to onboard you in the Fall.
